In order to apply for a MediaPass Publisher Account, you must provide the following information:

-bank account information if you elect for us to make direct payments into your account

However, please note that even if you change your Personal Information in our active databases or request MediaPass to do so, MediaPass will continue to have the right to all Personal Information collected from you through the Website (including Personal Information which is not longer in active use due to its amendment in accordance with this Section) in our archives and to use and disclose such Personal Information for certain purposes permitted or required by applicable laws, including as we deem necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, to enforce our rights or to protect the safety and security of our Website, Content Providers or other users.

Please note that once we receive your request, it may take up to ten (10) business days for such opt-out to become effective.
